இந்தியரான மூகேஷ் அம்பானி உலகத்திலேயே பெரிய பணக்காரராக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டார். பங்கு மார்க்கெட் புள்ளி 20,000-த்தைக் கடந்தது. ஆகா நமக்குத்தான் எவ்வளவு பெருமை. இந்தியா வளம் பெற்றுவிட்டது! இந்த செய்திகளையெல்லாம் சோஃபாவில் சாய்ந்துகொண்டு, கையில் ஆவி பறக்க சுடுசுடு பஜ்ஜியை கடித்துக் கொண்டே கேட்டுவிட்டு ஒருவருக்கொருவர் கைகுலுக்க்கிக் கொண்டோம்!
உண்மையில் நம் நாட்டில் அத்தனை சுபிட்சம் நிலவுகிறதா?
பங்கு மார்க்கெட் குறியீடு 20,000-த்தை தாண்டிய அதே நாளில் 20,000 ஏழைகள் சுமார் 350 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரம் கால்நடையாகவே நடந்து தலைநகர் புதுடில்லி வந்து தர்னா செய்திருக்கிறார்கள்.
அவர்கள் வேண்டியது என்ன? பல காரணங்களுக்காக அரசு கையகப்படுத்திய நிலம் திரும்ப வேண்டும். அவர்களுக்கு ஜீவனத்திற்கு வேறு ஒன்றுமே கிடையாது. முழுப் பட்டினி. ஆம் பட்டினி! பட்டினி, பசி இதற்கெல்லாம் நமக்கு – நன்கு தின்று கொழித்து கொலெஸ்டிராலைக் குறைக்க காலையில் சோம்பலோடு நடை பழகுகிறோமே அந்த நமக்கு – என்னவென்று தெரியுமா?
நம் நாட்டில் இன்னமும் பல கோடி மக்கள் பசியால் வாடுகிறார்கள். அரசியல்வாதிகளைக் கேளுங்கள். ஏழைகளின் துயர் தீர்க்க அவதாரமெடுத்தவர்கள். உணர்ச்சி பொங்க வீராவேசத்துடன் பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் பேசிவிட்டு, காரில் பவனி வந்தபின் கைத்தடிகள் படைசூழ விமானமேறிச் சென்று விடுவார்கள். பிரச்னை தீர்ந்ததா!
இரெயில் வண்டியில் நெடு தூரம் பயணம் செய்திருக்கின்றீர்களா? வண்டியில் கொடுக்கப்படும் உணவை நீங்கள் சாப்பிட்டபின் அதில் ஒட்டியிருக்கும் எச்சில் உணவுத் துண்டுகளை வழித்து உண்ணும் ஏழைச் சிறுவர்களைப் பார்த்திருக்கிறீர்களா! இதற்குமேல் என்னால் எழுத முடியவில்லை. வயிற்றை என்னமோ செய்கிறது. 🙁
என்று விடியும் இது போன்ற ஏழைகளுக்கு!

வாழ்க்கைத்தரம் உயரவில்லை என்பது வறுமை வளமுடன் இன்னும் இருக்கிறது என்பதும் உண்மையில்லை. எனக்கு வயது 75. நானும் வறுமைக்கோட்டுக்கு கீழே இருந்தவன் தான். எனக்குத் தெய்வத்தந்தை (god father) இருந்தது இல்லை. இன்றும் இல்லை. உழைப்பு, நாணயம், முழுஈடுபாடு, ஊக்கம் இவை மட்டும் இருந்தால் போதும், முன்னேற முடியும் என்பது நான் கண்ட உண்மை.
சென்னை அண்ணாசாலை தர்காவுக்கு வந்து பாருங்கள். இரந்துண்போர் எண்ணற்றவர் தென்படுவர். அனைவரும் ஏழைகளா? இல்லை. இரப்பினைத் தொழிலாகக் கொண்டு உங்கள் பச்சாத்தாபத்தை உசுப்பிவிட்டுத் தொழில் செய்பவர்கள்.
அந்த ரயில் சிறுவர்களுக்கு வேலை கிட்டாதா என்ன?
அவர்களை பின்னால் நின்று ஆட்டுவிப்பவர்கள் ஏழைகள் அல்லர். “தொழில் முனைவர்கள்”.

Dear SK sir, How long we are going to parrot the accusations on politicians? After all, aren’t politicians too come from the common public? I feel its only the mindset of the common public reflected in the government.
The common Indian has accepted corruption, dishonesty , inhumanity, social misconduct as way of life – it reflects in politicians.
The solution is in education system – we should educate our children on ideal social life – give them confidence to question wrong things – encourage them to avoid social evil – As we need to change the mindset of nearly the whole of india – addressing the future indians is the only way rather than doing anything now.

தாங்கள் சொல்வதுபோல் தன்முனைப்பு இல்லாமல் பிச்சை எடுப்பதே தொழிலாகக் கொண்டு பிழைப்பவர்களும், அதுபோல் ஒரு பிச்சைக்காரர் சிண்டிகேட்டையே நடத்துபவர்களும் உண்டு என்பது நிச்சயம். ஆனால் அடுத்தவேளை பசியைத் தீர்க்க வாழிதெரியாமல் பிச்சை எடுக்கும் சிறுவர்களும் பலர் உண்டு. அவர்களை exploit செய்பவர்கள்தான் பலர் இருக்கின்றனரேயன்றி ஆதரவளித்து வேலை கொடுத்து அவர்களின் தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்பவர்கள் எவ்வளவு பேர்!

I agree with you. The politicians occupy offices of power since people have voted for them. Ok. But the enlightened ones amongst us, who are disillusioned with the system choose to stay away from the electoral politics and from exercising their franchise too. The resultant situation is that about 45-55% of the total electorate cast their votes, out of which the party which manages to get about 35-45% get the majority of seats and capture power. That is how it works.
I also agree with you that we have to imbue the importance of value-based life in the minds of the young. We need a role model, a statesman. But unfortunately we are left with mere petty moral midgets!

Now-a-days, the thought process has started – thanks to media. I feel our democracy is still not yet matured – but we will certainly get there.

Is it only the middle class who is upset and worried about this state of affairs?. I see crulety to poor by the rich in many spheres. What is there to do?. We can only lament?
